Sales Policy
When purchasing our bunnies you will have ten days from the time they leave our home to return for full refund. After ten days we will take our rabbits back but no refund will be given. The only exception to returns and refunds is if the rabbit is showing signs of illness. We will not risk our rabbits! We will never knowingly sell a sick rabbit. We do our best to ensure our bunnies are healthy and ready to go to their new homes before they leave so bunnies are NOT our responsibility once they leave our home. It will be buyer's responsibility to see their bunny is cared for and receives proper vet care shall it become ill. We do our best to sex before they leave but do NOT guarantee the gender. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason. Our prices vary and we usually give discounts on returning buyers and when more than one is purchased.
We accept cash only and will give a receipt. We do not accept deposits but will have waiting lists and hold a rabbit until first agreed meeting/ pickup date and time. If buyer changes the agreed time we may or may not agree to continue holding depending the situation. We are willing to meet within thirty minutes of our home but may charge an additional fee. We do not ship. If we are attending a show transport there is free.
